I was thinking about making dandelion jelly last year, but I found out after they were done blooming. Darn! I hope yours turns out delicious. Looks like you're getting such a good dose of sun over there!
I use them for cordial, didn't know that they can be used for jam? Exciting to see what you will make of yours!
When I was a little girl I had an Italian neighbor who would harvest the dandelions and make salad. She was a very cool lady. Peace!
i'm curious what you use them for? i sometimes make dandelion bread with just the yellow flowers.
