I have a soft spot for kitties and just can't resist, doggone it. Ours are the most excellent mousers and occasional snake-ers so they do earn their keep. She could be a Latte.
I had a kitty this color when I was a kid. Her name was Peaches. I just love the golden tabbies and any kitty for that matter. Maybe you could name him Sailor since you got him at a garage (sail). Enjoy him!
My cat Amber is a similar kitty, her coat changes with the season, this Summer she is very light toffee and cream with stripes on her tail, in the winter she goes dark and gingery - I have been told she is an apricot tabby - maybe yours is too. Your's has a very wise little face.
Very cute! How will kitty get on with the duck lets, do you think? Won't presume to offer a name as I'm sure the kids will have plenty of suggestions. :)

Very cute! And yes, mousers are always a bonus to lots of cuddles (although sadly one of our cats gets birds, which does sadden me).
