I love your fine artworks, also this wonderful photos of your live and your home. Especially your felted stones - they are really artfull.
All my free time I spend for creating with a lot of different materials - wool, fabric, yarn, driftwood, seaglass ... etc. Love it so much, to create my own style - my clothes, my home - my own little world. If I had much more time, I would like to make the world a little more beautifull, give more colour. Working together with a lot of people all over the world, from different cultures - cause I think people need this. Art is very important for our world!
I hope, you understand - my english ist not so good.
A lot of sunny greetings from Germany
Antje Antjehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16984356618445210439noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31186364.post-34735403582306340742015-06-05T06:49:47.438-05:002015-06-05T06:49:47.438-05:00I would be stitching more and doing karate again.I would be stitching more and doing karate again.MagaMerlinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08402254362520365411noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31186364.post-70062534042470025642015-06-04T23:45:23.024-05:002015-06-04T23:45:23.024-05:00Congratulations on completing your 10 day challeng...Congratulations on completing your 10 day challenge.

I've been knitting in my free time. Last week while cleaning out the basement, I found an old handwork project from grammar school. It wasn't finished. My mom packed it away for me. I need to complete that project! Won't tell how many decades it has been.

Next year, I plan on leading a "Learn to Knit" pack of sessions for parents at my son's school. Handwork is a valuable component to learning. It will be helpful for parents to understand and realize the benefits of handwork as a support to schoolwork. That will be a fun way to spend my day off of work.

Happy stitching!

Lisa in Chicago

Lisarekhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09833822847772165240noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31186364.post-28298763757012217312015-06-04T19:22:28.688-05:002015-06-04T19:22:28.688-05:00Hi Lisa congrats on your ten day project! Think about that for a minute - sitting is a part of most things we do. So, if I was able to, I'd travel from one place to another looking for people who knew how to do or make something of interest to me and ask if I could do or make it with them. Once I'd learned how, I'd travel to somewhere else and find someone who wanted to learn how to do or make the thing I'd just learned, and share that know-how with them. Then I'd find someone else in that place who knew how to do or make something, I'd learn from them, then travel to another place and pass that on. I'd keep moving from place to place learning and sharing wherever I went. It would be so fun! I could take photos and blog as I went along, or save the photos and a record of the whole trip and create a book after a few years of this kind of traveling, learning and sharing. I love the green stone with the dark red flower - and having that stone would help inspire me to find a way to make my dream become a reality. There must be a way I could do it!Barbara Kanehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13901758086446721254noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31186364.post-75078709754613791422015-06-03T23:13:47.161-05:002015-06-03T23:13:47.161-05:00I'd read a book from start to finish, in ONE s...I'd read a book from start to finish, in ONE sitting Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11601352342555432919noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31186364.post-7100417858934982482015-06-03T22:58:32.421-05:002015-06-03T22:58:32.421-05:00If I had the time...
