felted bunny workshop

There we go. That's a bunny I can teach. Cute, doable in under 4 hours, and introduces a few new skills.

For those that are local, I'll be holding two days of bunny-building where we'll focus on making firmly-felted shapes, blending colors, and incorporating glass eyes and bendable legs. It will be fun!

Another rabbit, for practice. Not quite what I'm going for, but getting closer.

a buddy

 

As luck would have it, I had a little time yesterday after chores and taxes to do a little needling. Before long there was a wee little bunny buddy to befriend that grumpy snow bunny of mine.

A finger puppet buddy, in fact.

The snow is gone and the two of them seem to be sniffing the air for Spring.

Life is so much better with friends.
