Art-o-Mat visit

I had my first Art-o-Mat visit yesterday on the campus of the College of Saint Benedict in St. Cloud.  I liked that the statue next to it was pointing at us as if to say "You there, kerplunk that $5".

No problem there.  The only problem I had was choosing from all the handmade goodness.

Ultimately, the promise of a Little Minnow lured me in (pun totally intended).  Isn't it cute?

I'll be finishing up my little stones to send off to Art-o-Mat this coming week and I hope that whoever kerplunks them has a much fun as I did.

What fun! I have never seen such a thing before! It's a fantastic idea. How long has it been there, Lisa?

Oh my goodness, how fun is that? Actually, I did not know you got a choice - thought you put your $$$ in and took your chances. Sweet.

Praying that your stones come to University of Nebraska campus . . .

So fun! My one and only encounter with Art-O-Mat was in Vegas. (http://snippetygibbet.blogspot.com/2012/09/art-o-matic-cosmopolitan-las-vegas.html) I hope to encounter another one some time, and I would love to have my work sold in one.

Love this idea. How lucky are those college students? $5 lil fish stones! I would be raiding that vending machine. :-)

I'm not thinking these will hit our neck of the woods any time soon, they're way too cool! So glad you're a part of it and get to spread the Lisa love. x
