stitching a snowy kind of stone

Today I'm finishing up a stone.  Certainly a reflection of our snowy landscape.

Rumor has it we're supposed to get up to near freezing today but back in the negatives this coming week.  Winters certainly seem long around here.

It helps to have things to look forward to so I've schedule just such a thing for next weekend.  In the meantime, coffee and sewing helps too.

Wishing you all a lovely Sunday.

i love your cup. it fits the 70s thing i've got going. i'm ready for winter to be over. today, it actually slushed, rather than snowed, so perhaps the end is in sight for us. it had a rather springlike quality to it.

Love this stone. Are those bullion knots all around the edge of the circles? If so, that's an awful lot of them! It's beautiful.

Thank you, everyone!

Heather - good eye! Yep, those are bullion knots. I find them kind of addictive like french knots.
