I was digging through one of the piles of wool in my workspace this week when I found a bag with the remains of 3 cashmere sweaters in it.
I had previously used the arms from these sweaters to make socks and I decided that this week I'd use up the rest of them too.
I started with the cute argyle one.
I turned it into a little skirt for my daughter. I lined it with a brown t-shirt, also from the supply pile, and gave it a little lettuce edge.
Cute and cashmere? My model approves.
More cashmere to come...

Charming model ! How sweet she's demonstrated your remake. Pretty with the curve.
What a great idea.

I said it before but I'll say it again....you can throw on a ripped up t-shirt on this darling and she can be a runway model And those Jackie O shades!!
Oh, yea, the skirt is cute too....how about making her some cashmere leggings? Seeing her in tights in the snow is making my legs shiver. Brrrr.....
Just too stinkin' cute!
I love this! Genius.
I really admire the way you re-use so cleverly, Lisa. What a cutie in cashmere! -sus

That skirt is just adorable... and so is the model! :)
Good lord, she is cute! I love the skirt, Lisa, but the blonde pig tails and sunglasses steal the show.
oh my goodness - so cute. what a fabulous idea. thanks for sharing your creativity
You don't need a serger to make this. The lettuce edge is just zig-zagged while stretching a little.
I love this skirt! Makes me want to sew something for my granddaughters. The t-shirt lining is the perfect finish for it.
Great skirt!! so cute!
