This was last night's dessert, inspired by a cute pair of fruit palm trees I saw on Pinterest (I finally succumbed to the power of the Pinterest...my free time will never be the same again).
My kids love fruit so I didn't need to do any convincing to get them to tear into this. I think it was gone in about 9 seconds.
Sometimes it is okay to play with your food.

I only know Almonds, Blueberries and Banana!!
What is the green stuff (looks like peppers to me) and the stars?
And, I won't go near Pintrest for all the sugar-free chocolate on the planet!! 8*)
prpltrtl - the green stuff is kiwi fruit and the stars are starfruit. I kind of mangled the kiwi...
Kiwi fruit, the green stuff. This is brilliant, how creative of you! I daren't go near pintrest, I would never be seen again! :)
That's way cute! Maybe if I did that for my husband he'd actually eat fruit and veggies!
I just today heard of Pinterest. I am on the "Waiting list" for invite.... :( Love the fruit plate Lis'!
I just pinned this on the Eco-Life board and it already got 2 likes!

Brilliant!
I've recognized your work on Pinterest since I've been on. I love it that I'm able to organize my thoughts without having to print ideas and file them away in the cabinet. Mild winter we are having :)
