Wordless Wednesday

Again with the not really wordless bit...

What to do when your oven breaks?  Bake bread in the grill of course. (it worked!)

I just knew we were kindred spirits! My oven is broken too and still not fixed (landlord issues) .. but you're more creative I've just stuck to stovetop meals :)

Oh no, not you too Jovita! My whole stove/oven is broken. I have a microwave, crockpot, toaster, and grill to use until it gets fixed. It wouldn't seem like a problem but sometimes you really need a stovetop, you know? :D

oh no! Well it's still cool enough out that you could also do some firepit meals, the kind where you can bury them in the ashes and let them stew :)

Your bread looks great!

I once baked beer bread in a dutch oven over a fire. I'll keep the grill idea in mind for when we loose power again, which is frequently in Washington.

What, no directions? :)
Looks great. I've made biscuits on a campfire in an iron skillet, but never bread in a grill.
