what's the good use? you can't leave us hanging like that...cordial? jelly? dye? what? i hate wordless wednesday sometimes...
tea?
the first picture is how I feel when it stops raining and the sun actually shines. It's SO GOOD to get outside some days.
my parents made a jam with it & they told me it tasted a bit like honey ... you'll have to tell me :)oxoxo
I was thinking about making dandelion jelly last year, but I found out after they were done blooming. Darn! I hope yours turns out delicious. Looks like you're getting such a good dose of sun over there!
I use them for cordial, didn't know that they can be used for jam? Exciting to see what you will make of yours!
When I was a little girl I had an Italian neighbor who would harvest the dandelions and make salad. She was a very cool lady. Peace!
i'm curious what you use them for? i sometimes make dandelion bread with just the yellow flowers.
